RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 9532/2022 dt.18/05/2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9532 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for a period of two months.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a college going student and he also circulated the Schedule of Examinations and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the education of the petitioner, exemption is granted to the petitioner from 27.06.2022 to 11.07.2022, thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.00am, until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
