ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 341,294(b),352 and 506(ii)of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.02.2023 when the defacto complainant along with his friend was returning home, the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant and his friend and threatened him with dire consequences, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that four similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 4 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
