Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 in Crime No.121 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The first petitioner has since been arrested. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as sofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

4.The second petitioner had only caught hold the victim. The second petitioner is not having any previous case to his credit. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Srivaikuntam and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The second petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The second petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
