This Writ Petition is pre-mature in nature. The Writ Petition seeks a Mandamus that those who have completed their degree under 10, +3, +3 format should also be considered for admission for LLB course by the first respondent.

2.The first respondent had not yet issued their prospectus for admission and whenever such prospectus issued, I am confident that all rules and regulations will be followed. No Mandamus can be issued at this stage.
