ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. There is a dispute between the writ petitioner on the one hand and the third respondent on the other regarding running of Israle Memorial Matriculation School, Sayarpuram, Thoothukudi District. The second respondent had conducted spot inspection and made a recommendation that the School should be derecognized. The grievance of the petitioner is that even without any recognition, the third respondent is continuing to run the School. That led to filing of this writ petition.
3. I called upon the learned Special Government Pleader to make a statement as to whether the School is still running as on date. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the School in question is not running. Recording the said development, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
