This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter, namely Soundaraya, who is aged about 29 years, was missing on 04.06.2022 near Palanichettypatti, Krishna Theatre, Theni. Immediately thereafter, on the apprehension that the 2nd respondent abducts her daughter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 04.06.2022 before the 1st respondent/the Sub Inspector of Police, PC Patti Police Station, Theni District.
