the impugned letter passed by the 1st respondent, dated 31.12.2022 and consequential impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent dated 12.01.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents to return the petitioner's advance deposit amount of sale price of Rs.2,41,000/- along with interest thereon within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today, as well as on the previous hearing date, i.e., 09.04.2025, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the grievance, if it remains unredressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
