3. As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today, as well as on the previous hearing date, i.e., 09.04.2025, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the grievance, if it remains unredressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
