2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The jurisdictional Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
