Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to forbear the staffs of the first respondent educational Institutions from contesting in election and holding the posts in second and third respondents religious organizations and to take appropriate action on the staffs holding such posts based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents not to permit staff belonging to Aided Educational Institutions from contesting the election and holding the post in the second and third respondents Religious Organizations.

2. Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 submitted that the present writ petition has been filed with ulterior motives. The learned counsel submitted that none of the staff belonging to the Aided Educational Institutions have been allowed to participate in the election conducted by the second and third respondents. The learned counsel submitted that the Judgments passed by this Court in this regard has been strictly complied with and even in the nomination form, the order of this Court has been specifically mentioned.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
