RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court dated 14.08.2020 in Cr.M.P(MD)No.3985 of 2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 6488 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6488 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).
