The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.345 of 2022 dated 18.10.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Court, Dindigul.

2. Despite receipt of Court notice, the respondents have not turned up.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
