O R D E R

This application is filed to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P No. 18 of 2016 from the file of the Sub-Court, Theni and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard both and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No. 18 of 2016 from the file of the Sub Court, Theni to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Theni and transferred to the file of Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court, Coimbatore for disposal in accordance with law.

5. The learned Subordinate Judge, Theni, is directed to transmit the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2016 to the Family Court, Coimbatore within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore is hereby directed to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.12.2016, after giving notice to both the parties, so as to enable them to make their presence for projecting their respective cases. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
