ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.35 of 2024, for the offence punishable under 1/3

Sections 448, 354(A)(1)(i) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.04.2024, the accused has trespassed into the defcato complainant's house, sexually harassed her and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the defacto complainant is a married woman, the accused has tried to sexually harass her and the investigation is underway.

5. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
