Respondents/Respondents /Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents 1 to 4 & 7 for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2019 passed by this Court in C.M.P(MD).No.10121 of 2019 in A.S.(MD). No.199 of 2019.

Prayer in CMP(MD)No.10121 of 2019:

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Ad-Interim Injunction restraining the respondents or their agents from in any manner interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property which is subject matter in O.S.No.128 of 2007 on the file of IV Additional District Court, Madurai either by disturbing or by alienating the same, pending disposal of the above First Appeal.

Prayer in AS(MD)No.199 of 2019:

To Set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 31.07.2019 made in O.S.No.128 of 2007 on the file of IV Additional District Court, Madurai, by allowing the First Appeal with cost and thus render justice.

ORDER

Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in C.M.P(MD).No.10121 of 2019 in A.S.(MD).No.199 of 2019, dated 18.11.2019, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents would state that against the order passed in C.M.P (MD).No.10121 of 2019, vacate stay petition has been filed where there is some modification of the order and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
