[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the sixth respondent has built a Physiotherapy college without proper sanction, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard Mr.C.Gangai Amaran, learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.N.Satheeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the fourth and fifth respondents. 3.The petitioner has not placed any satisfactory materials before us except making a vague allegation that the sixth respondent has built the college without proper permission. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
