Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 366A I.P.C, r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.210 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, the petitioner has filed an affidavit, undertaking to marry the victim after she attains the age of majority, if she is still willing.

3.Placing the said undertaking affidavit on record, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, and on him executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
