(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6.

2. From the status report, we find that there is no encroachment in S.No.534/5. If the petitioner has got any grievance with respect to the encroachment with regard to other place, he can approach this Court, after making a thorough study.
