CRIME NO.460 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time made in Crl.OP(MD)No.8003 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SARANYA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 31.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adayar, Chennai20, within a period of two weeks without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the trial Court. But the petitioner could not mobilise the fund and he is not in a position to deposit the said amount and appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 8003 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
