PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 68 of 2021 dated 25.09.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.68 of 2021 dated 25.09.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2021 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
