ORDER

The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2016, filed by the husband seeking divorce on the file of the Sub-Court, Ambasamuthiram, has filed this petition seeking transfer of the said proceedings with the file of the Sub-Court,Thoothukudi. 2.Even in the original petition, the address of the wife shown as Thoothukudi town. Therefore, considering the convenience of the wife, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2015 are withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamuthiram and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamuthiram is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose the said H.M.O.P within a period of six months therefrom and report such disposal to this Court.

3.With the above direction, the Tr.C.M.P is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
