ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 353 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.565 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.A reading of the First Information Report shows that the petitioner has beaten the Corporation employee. If public servants are prevented from discharging their duties by violent activities like that of the petitioner then there will be no safety for the public officials.

3.This Court took an indulgent view and suggested to the petitioner's counsel that if the petitioner apologizes to the employee concerned, this Court would be inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. But it appears that the petitioner is not willing to apologize for his atrocious conduct. 4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
