The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey on the petitioner's land bearing S.Nos.730/2, 63/4, 183/1D, 183/1H2 and 183/1G2 at Koduvilarpatti Village, Theni District, by considering the Challan Nos.20230421004451, 20230421004585 and 20230421004723, with the help of the third respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the compromise entered between the parties, the writ petition is not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
