ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, counsel on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu for the Respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8400 of 2021, dated 28.06.2021.
