Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioners to implead as Respondent No.5 and 6 in the instant writ petition in WP(MD)No.24185 of 2016. PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.24185 of 2016:
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Letter No.12509/POI.IV.A/2016-3 dated 19.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY,Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein as R5 & R6.
Even though this petition is seriously opposed stating that the petitioners herein have no locus standi, having regard to submissions of the petitioners that interim order granted by this Court in this Writ Petition is against their interest and that they are also aggrieved.
Hence,this petition is allowed. However, the impleading parties (i.e) R5&R6 are on record as intervenor.
