The petitioner made a complaint to the respondent No.1 on 21.02.2019, inter alia, alleging that patta has been wrongly given in favour of private persons. On receipt of the same, the respondent No.1 by the proceedings dated 08.03.2019 directed the respondent No.3 to take appropriate action.
