PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned provisional selection list of candidates after certificate verification for recruitment of Assistant Professors in Government Engineering Colleges, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015, passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Nil, dated Nil (Published in the official web site of the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) on 27.04.2017), quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the selection of the fourth respondent under BCM (W) category is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondents to award 8 more marks for the fourth respondent for possession of the Ph.D., Certificate, thereby, select the fourth respondent under OC category, so as to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list under BCM (W) category, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
