Respondents 1 to 5 Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the festival Abisheka Aradana for Go Athinamilaki Ayyanar and permit to conduct the Drama Valli Thirumanam, dated on 22.06.2019 at about 9.30 p.m., or any other alternative date at Thulavur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and to provide adequate Police Protection based on petitioner's representation to the respondents dated 03.06.2019. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the festival Abisheka Aradana for God Athinamilaki Ayyanar and permit to conduct the Drama Valli Thirumanam, on 22.06.2019 at about 9.30 p.m., or any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.13096 of 2019 other alternative date at Thulavur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and to provide adequate Police Protection based on petitioner's representation to the respondents dated 03.06.2019.

2. The date sought for by the petitioner now expired. The petitioner also sought for alternative date to conduct the said festival.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation for future date before the 4th respondent and on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the representation with the rival parties if any and pass appropriate orders orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No cots.
