Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to allot a fish stall to the petitioners in the new Fish Market, constructed in Kasivilangi at Woraiyur, Trichy City on the basis of his representation dated 08.07.2020. For Petitioners : Mr.T.Vadivelan (In both W.Ps.) For R1 : Mr.M.Rajarajan, (In both W.Ps.) Additional Government Pleader. For R2 : Mr.Saji Bino (In both W.Ps.) Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioners want the respondent Corporation to allot them Fish Stalls in the Fish Market constructed in Kasivilangi at Woraiyur, Trichy City. The petitioners have given representations in this regard.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation, on instructions, states that at present it is not possible to accommodate the petitioners herein. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent Corporation, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
