PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the early disposal of the suit filed by the respondents herein in O.S.No.51 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town. For Petitioners :

ORDER

The revision petitioners are defendants in O.S.No.51 of 2019. The plaintiffs have filed the suit for permanent injunction. The revision petitioners seek a direction of this Court for an expeditious disposal of O.S.No.51 of 2019 by the trial Court. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners/defendants in the suit submitted that the defendants had purchased a piece of property with a building sometime in 2011, and when they demolished and reconstructed the property, the suit was filed. He further submitted that the trial of the suit has commenced and the Commissioner has file his report. Construction came to be stopped, since the suit was laid.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the suit, the Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2019 on or before 31.03.2021.
