This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order dated 01.08.2022 in E.A.No.3 of 2022 in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.47 of 2002, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilayangudi.

2. No appearance on both sides.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
