Heard, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and carefully perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner who is working as Senior Revenue Inspector filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal/objection petition submitted by the petitioner dated 15.01.2025 for revision of the Combined Seniority List drawn by the Respondent No.2 vide proceedings dated 29.11.2024.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this court intends to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage with the consent of the both sides, with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal/objection petition submitted by the petitioner within a time frame to be stipulated herein under in the interest of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal/objection petition submitted by the petitioner on 15.01.2025, for revision of the Combined Seniority List drawn by the Respondent No.2 vide proceedings dated 29.11.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
