2. Heard Mr.Sudhakar Nagaraj learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.S.Murali, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. Despite service of notice on the learned counsel who are appearing for the claimants before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, the claimants have not chosen to appear either in persons or through counsel and contest their petitions.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that arising out of the accident occurred at Trichy on 14.04.2015, some of the claimants have preferred claim petitions before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thiruchirappalli and some of the claimants have filed claim petitions before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Perambalur. The learned counsel would further submit that all the claimants are the residents of Thiruchirappalli, however, they have chosen to file the claim petitions before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Perambalur with an ulterior motive and to avoid conflicting decisions, the cases have to be tried by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thiruchirappalli.

5. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for allowing these applications.

The learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Judge, Perambalur is directed to transmit the entire records to the file of the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Judge, 1316 of 2015, 1400 of 2015 and 1462 of 2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Judge, Thiruchirappalli, after obtaining the records on transfer, is

directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
