Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to evict the encroachments in Survey No.249/112A situated at Veerapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, based on the notice issued by the second respondent, dated 07.03.2018.

************ [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to evict the encroachers in Survey No.249/112A at Veerapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.
2.After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing. The learned Special Government Pleader based on instruction submitted that the proceedings under the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, was initiated by issuing notice under Section 7, followed by passing final order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, on the encroachers. submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. He has also produced copies of the notice issued under Section 7 of the said Act and the final order issued under Section 6 of the said Act, to those encroachers. 3.In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, we find that the revenue officials having initiated proceedings for removing the encroachment, which also ended in passing final order under Section 6 of the said Act, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed by recording the above developments. No costs.
