3.The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding their date of surrender, when they apply for regular bail.
4.The jurisdictional Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' bail application on the same day of surrender. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
