ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's property in Survey No.293/2 measuring to an extent of 4 acres and 50 cents in Keelasirupothu Village, Muthukalthoor Taluka, Ramanathapuram District and for his life and limb, by considering his complaint dated 15.06.2019. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.9840 of 2020 on instructions, would submit that upon the representation, dated 07.09.2020 given by the petitioner, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.S.R. No.98 of 2020. During the time of enquiry, both the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 9 given an undertaking for approaching the competent Court of law to resolve the dispute. After recording the same, the second respondent herein had closed the enquiry and as of now, no enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent in respect of the dispute having by the petitioner with the respondents 3 to 9. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
