This Court on the last hearing date on 09.10.2020 recorded the submissions of Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, final orders have been passed by the respondents on 06.10.2020 and therefore, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on the last hearing date took time to get instructions, with regard to the same.

3.Today, Mr.AN.Ramanathan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees with the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and also submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous. 4.Recording the above submission made by the respective learned counsels, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
