Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Villathikulam as per the order of this Honourable Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8679 of 2018 dated 31/05/2018 and thus render justice.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8679 of 2018 dated 31/05/2018 by giving a direction to us to appear before the respondent as and when required.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to extend the time for surrender and modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8679 of 2018, dated 31.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, these petitions are ordered.
4.The time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the condition already imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
