Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting of Kamarajapuram Village, wherein all the concerned Government revenue officials, police officials and villager elders should be present and take necessary action against the fifth respondent and his men on the basis of petitioner representation dated 22.05.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to conduct peace committee meeting in respect of some dispute between the petitioner and other villagers. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already peace committee meeting was conducted by the Tahsildar on 30.05.2019. However, no decision is taken.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the festival is to be celebrated on 13.08.2019, the Tahsildar, Kadaladi Taluk Office, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram District is directed to conduct peace committee meeting on or before 10.08.2019 and pass suitable orders.
