This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court (JM Level), Theni to expedite the trail in C.C.No.659 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are A1 and A2 in C.C.No.659 of 2023, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (JM Level), Theni and the case is pending without commencement of trial. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the case is pending for the appearance of accused and they will co-operate for speedy disposal of case by producing the witnesses as directed by the trial Court without any delay.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the trial Court to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.659 of 2023 and dispose of the 2/4

same, as early as possible without giving long adjournment beyond fifteen days.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
