ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 5(i) (ii) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.4 of 2018.

2.The victim girl is aged about 15 years. She was in 10th Standard.

She had given a statement before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate under 164 of Cr.P.C. This Court went through the same.

3.It is seen that the petitioner who is aged about 56 years had sexual relationship with the victim girl. The conduct of the petitioner is atrocious. If he is let on bail, he will certainly threaten the victim and also interfere with the investigation. 4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
