This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to grant permission to conduct fasting by laying temporary Pandhal at South Radha Veethi, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District on 22.06.2019 from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
2. It is seen that the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to conduct fasting by laying temporary Pandhal at South Radha Veethi, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District on 22.06.2019 from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Now, the prayer sought for in this petition has been lapsed due to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.13132 of 2019 passing of time. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to submit another representation to conduct fasting in future dates.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit their representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of representation from the petitioner.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
