No.1583/2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17959/2017 dated 05/03/2018 in connection with Crime No.618/2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Police Station, Usilampatti, Madurai District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1583 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17959 of 2017, dated 05.03.2018.
