This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 4th respondent on 28.02.2025 for money cheating, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 4 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.02.2025 is under consideration by the 4th respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 4th respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the Page No. 2 of 4
petitioner and the same is under enquiry by this 4th respondent, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.02.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
