The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of the appeal dated 18.03.2020, which was pending before the first respondent.

WP(MD)No.11983 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the appeal was disposed of on 11.09.2020, as such, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner's Counsel, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
