This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a Status report before this Court. Sixteen cases have been cited against one Sabumon and also against the petitioner. The respondents are enquiring the petitioner only with regard to the pending cases. Therefore, the petitioner's not to harass petition cannot be maintained under such circumstances. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
