O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of second respondent and consequently direct the first respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute in O.S.No. 13 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that there was civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent and in this regard a civil suit in O.S.No.13 of 2022 has been filed and pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham, due to which, the first respondent police frequently harassed the petitioner, based on the complaint of the second respondent. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the first respondent police has received the complaint from the second respondent. On enquiry, it is found that there was civil dispute between the parties and hence, the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate remedy and also closed the same.
