2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2018, the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, conducted an enquiry and has filed a status report before this Court today. 3.From the status report, it is made clear that since the issue involved is purely civil in nature, the complaint has been closed and the parties have been directed to agitate their grievance before the civil Court.
