Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the materials available on record.

This writ petition has been filed directing the third respondent to implement the proceedings dated 05.01.2025 and seeking consequential direction to the disburse the petitioner's salary benefits as Grade-II Executive Officer from 04.08.2016 to 31.10.2022 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
3. Though several contentions are made in the affidavit filed along with this writ petition, during the course of hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his relief for consideration of the representation dated 19.02.2025.

4. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 19.02.2025 is under process and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of two months. He further submits that all the amounts for which the petitioner is legally entitled will be paid in due course.
5. Considering the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
i) The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders and to disburse all payments, for which the petitioner is entitled. 3/6
ii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
