ORDER

The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an order of Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Sathish Kumar in Ramadoss and Another v. The SubRegistrar, Sankarankovil, in W.P.(MD) Nos.5954 of 2024 and 21737 of 2023, dated 11.09.2024.

2. Respectfully following the said judgment, the impugned order is quashed and the Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to register the document within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order on to the website of this Court. No costs. 25.04.2025 NCC :
