This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 194 days in representation of a Review Petition (MD). No.SR 7632 of 2020 against the order passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.1246 of 2019, dated 03.12.2019.

C.M.P.(MD)No.5158 of 2020 3.The matter involved is a partition suit. This Court has directed the trial Court to dispose of the case within a stipulated time. There is no apparent error in the impugned order in C.R.P. (MD)No.1246 of 2019, dated 03.12.2019. More over, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory.
Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Rev.Aplc.(MD)No.SR7632 of 2020 is closed at the SR stage.
